Safety System
AlienAlien is the original of the four products and is the most often recommended of our fall protection systems. It is 100% stainless steel and accommodates up to two workers simultaneously. Upon actual loading of the system (i.e. a fall) the energy absorption mast will deflect giving way to the forces exerted by the fall, limiting potential bruising or injury to the person involved in the fall. In addition, this deflection will clearly indicate the need for easy replacement. 
Street AlienStreet Alien is currently our most popular fall arrest product. It is constructed of galvanized carbon steel and uses a shaped plate for attachment to the workers' safety harness. It is designed to accommodate up to two workers simultaneously and is jacketed. This unit will meet all Non-Mandatory Guidelines specified by OSHA [1926.502(d)]. 
Hybrid AlienHybrid Alien is developed for use on trolley beams or other interior applications where fall protection from overhead is desired. Similar to the Alien, Hybrid Alien is 100% Stainless Steel and accommodates up to two workers simultaneously. 
Alien with JacketThis is the original Alien surrounded by a steel jacket. It has been developed for interior applications where the energy absorption mask would be dampened. This application can be used as work surface mount or turn upside down for over head applications. As with all Alien products this unit accommodates two workers simultaneously.
Installation of Aliens Fall Arrest SystemAliens Fall Arrest System does not require the use of any nails, screws or other non-customized items, and does not require any field welding, torch cutting or excessive deck cutting.The fall arrest system is easily installed into a joist girder or a structural steel girder fabricated as a plate girder or wide flange rolled shape, and through any type of roof at an existing building, or a new structural steel building. |
